Refund Policy

This policy explains when you can request a refund for LunarSmith subscriptions and how refund requests are reviewed together with our payment processor or Merchant of Record where applicable.

1. Eligibility Window

You can request a refund within 14 days from the first successful payment of a subscription purchase, as long as there is no abuse or policy violation.

2. Renewal Charges

Recurring renewal payments are generally non-refundable once processed. To avoid renewal charges, cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

3. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, the payment processor or Merchant of Record may take 5 to 10 business days to return funds to your original payment method, depending on the payment method and issuing bank.

4. Exceptions

We may reject refund requests in cases of fraud, repeated abuse, or significant use of paid features during the requested refund period.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend account access while the payment dispute is under review.

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund or withdrawal rights that apply to you under local consumer protection law.
